1. What should I do if the rear wheel of the cart falls off after using it for a period of time?

2. The rear wheel of the cart falls off while walking
Please note that when installing the rear wheel, you need to press down on the hub ring and push the wheel to the bottom, you may hear a click. After installation, please try to pull it out. If you can't pull it out, it means that the wheel is completely installed.
If it still doesn't work, please contact the Petbobi and we will replace the rear wheel for you.
3. How to install the handle of the Petbobi pet stroller?
When installing the handle, first put a small part of one end of the handle into the mounting bracket (please do not put the handle into the mounting bracket completely), then pull the side of the cart and place a small part of the other end of the handle. (Note: When installing the handles on both sides, do not completely put the handles into the mounting bracket, otherwise it will not be installed successfully), and finally press down both sides of the handles and completely snap them into the mounting bracket.
